Susan Vaughan comes to JCRESI with a 20 year background of private business ownership, retail management and expertise as a marketing professional. Her client base and network includes many of the Fortune 500 companies. She has worked closely with top corporate executives and Human Resource professionals to create employee motivational and recognition programs and extended into external marketing campaigns. Throughout her professional life, Susan’s focus has remained true to her consistent goal of client satisfaction first, leading to the development of long-lasting client relationships. Combining an educational background of business management with an experiential world of marketing with an HR emphasis, she is adept at creating strategies to attract top talent for organizations seeking to fill leadership positions.

Having directed her own staff, Susan understands the intricacies of building an effective management team. She has held a strong belief that individuals are most effective and achieve the highest levels of personal satisfaction in their profession when they align their talents and energies with appropriate professional choices. Striving to match a candidate’s philosophy and experience with compatible opportunities and organizations is her methodology for achieving mutual success for both the client and candidate. Susan’s search practice has focused on the placement of commercial, mixed use, residential, resort and hospitality senior level real estate professionals, nationwide and in unique international markets including Mexico, the Caribbean, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Saudi Arabia.

In her personal time, Susan enjoys a long list of interests and pursuits; some of which are travel, music, art, dance, kayaking, biking and organic gardening, She is an avid reader and has a true fascination with the subjects of philosophy, psychology, neuroscience, personal growth and what makes “humans tick”.
