- Schedule first client-candidate interviews for top 4 -5 candidates.
- JCRESI briefing and debriefing of client and candidate following interview.
- Client/JCRESI review candidates and narrow field to final 2 for second and potentially final interview.
- Candidate selection and development of employment offer with JCRESI assistance.
- Prepare and develop counter offer strategy
- Assist in presentation of offer as requested by client.
- Facilitate negotiation of terms.
- Post employment client/candidate follow up and schedule client visits to review progress.
- Quality control check by JCRESI to ensure satisfaction with service and candidate.
