- Company visit to gain a thorough understanding of organization, culture, business plan and position.
- JCRESI completes position profile/definition: position requirements, success factors, performance indicators and expected performance outcomes.
- Administer personality test to key managers as necessary to develop understanding of client company’s management philosophy and culture.
- Written search strategy and recruitment plan with defined timelines formulated by JCRESI and approved by client.
- JCRESI and Client consultation on compensation plan.
