Mary Weir comes to JCR with over 20 years of experience in real estate with a specialty in the commercial sector. She has successfully been involved with ground up development, construction, opening and managing executive suites and office buildings in a multi-state region. Over a twenty-year period, her professionalism and industry knowledge has enabled her to work closely with upper level management, owners and top executives providing solutions for their corporate office requirements. This experience gives Mary a unique insider’s perspective to executive search. She understands the office/industrial business as an owner/operator and is able to critically assess the needs of her clients for each skill set for which she is asked to search.

Having trained and mentored her own staff over the years, she understands the importance of building an effective and dynamic team who will enhance corporate operational efficiencies. Never satisfied with the “status quo”, she strives to build mutually beneficial relationships with her clients and candidates enabling her clients to achieve greater success and profitability.

Mary is a graduate of the University of Saint Thomas, with a degree in Psychology.
